This project, completed in May 2024, involved a full renovation of the existing house, a garage conversion into a separate living annex, and rear extensions to form a utility room and sun room. All flooring was refreshed throughout the downstairs of the property to a vinyl tile in a grey finish, and a luxurious new kitchen was installed with fitted appliances including fridge/freezer, oven and dishwasher. To the side of the property, we transformed the existing garage into a separate living area, complete with kitchen/utility facilities and a shower room. To the rear, we built an extension with velux windows to allow the sun to flood the house with light. We used actis insulation throughout the garage conversion and extension to achieve the highest u-values and meet regulations.
